Responsible for supporting our Retailer network partners with the delivery of a class leading vehicle return service for our Retail customers.The Return Programme reinvents the customer’s end of contract experience, providing an option that prioritises convenience and customer satisfaction during their transition into a new vehicle.The key responsibilities of my role included;- Achieving monthly returns and sales targets in line with department growth aspirations- Managing and reviewing Market Area performance to help increase volumes whilst conducting quality assurance- Development of relationships with Retailer Network to ensure essential promotion & penetration of Return Programme concept- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create alignment with pre-determined KPIs (purchase rate, Market Area engagement, reduction of costs)- Support the Retailer network and Finance Operation Managers with intentions conversion prior to contract maturity- Adhere to pricing, administration and logistics SLA’s- Weekly and ad hoc performance reports for Finance Operation Managers and senior management for relevant Market Areas
