Managing a range of new housing estate work, road reconstructions, car parks, bridges and wetlands. Currently managing “Woodlea estate” it’s a 711ha site and has been named Australia's fastest selling communities multiple times. It is also one of Australia's largest master plan communities. My role includes working with Winslows own workers as well as multiple contractors and specialists on site.In 2021 we are working on stages 50 onwards - I was there from the first sod being turned and have overseen each stage since day one. 3500+ blocks have tilted within 6years, the community will be built with outstanding recreational facilities for the families. Some of the duties I am/have been responsible for: Forward Planning - ordering materials, pipes, managing subcontractors, making the site OH&S and environmental compliant. Overseeing Winslow Constructors staff along with subcontractors including earthworks, sewerage, watermain, and underground cable crews. Meeting with Owners, Council, consultants and other authorities. Implementing and overseeing compliance for the site. Staff - motivating communicating, training and overseeing them on a day to day basis Overseeing the construction of wetlandsBuilding a culvert structure bridges and other bridgeworks. Wanting to gain more experience, an opportunity came up to join a small company developing new subdivisions. At this company I met some very influential people who helped develop my career, learning more from a previous employer specialising in pipe works, HRF gave me exposure to overall civil construction. Joining the company with strong sewer, water main and drainage exposure, within 6 months I was given foreman role.

Joining Joe Dunne constructions after completing VCE, I was very fortunate to join a company that offered a lot of progression. Starting in the trenches, learning machine operations, plan reading, survey set out, general maintenance and truck driving. This opportunity gave me strong knowledge of sewer water main and drainage networks.
