Current- I have 18 years of working experienced as Customer Success Manager in SITA to oversee SITA services included CUTE, CUSS, BRS, SBD & PFM for KLIA T1 & T2 Terminal. PEN, BKI & KCH also under my purview responsible to.
- I played a key role in collaborating with Airport stakeholders and maintain good rapport relationship with MAHB various stakeholder and Airlines Operators Committee (AOC). Actively participated and socialize with AOC.
- I have developed capabilities within local field services team to manage and support the delivery of common use self-service and maintain self-service equipment in KLIA T1 & T2 terminals that led to improve passenger.
- I have local project management experienced. Over the 18 years in SITA to support project delivery team to deliver SITA services in Malaysia. Latest project assigned included KLIA – T1 & T2 tech refresh for all SITA.
