Current• • I have 18 years of working experienced as Customer Success Manager in SITA to oversee SITA services included CUTE, CUSS, BRS, SBD & PFM for KLIA T1 & T2 Terminal. PEN, BKI & KCH also under my purview responsible to support PEN, BKI and KCH airport for CUTE and CUSS services there.• I played a key role in collaborating with Airport stakeholders and maintain good rapport relationship with MAHB various stakeholder and Airlines Operators Committee (AOC). Actively participated and socialize with AOC members and MAHB stakeholders in numerous airport occasions such as AOC Meeting, MAHB Annual Dinner, MAHB business continuity exercise etc.• I have developed capabilities within local field services team to manage and support the delivery of common use self-service and maintain self-service equipment in KLIA T1 & T2 terminals that led to improve passenger experience.• I have local project management experienced. Over the 18 years in SITA to support project delivery team to deliver SITA services in Malaysia. Latest project assigned included KLIA – T1 & T2 tech refresh for all SITA CUTE, CUSS, BRS core servers & clients in 2019. New SITA services implementation such as Self Bagdrop at KLIA – T2 in 2018 & 2019 and Passenger Flow Monitoring(PFM) in 2019.• Played a key role in collaborating with the airport stakeholders, SITA sales & business development and Operation & maintenance team in winning.o Multi-million dollars 10 years extension of SITA CUTE, CUSS kiosk & Baggage Reconciliation services project for KLIA 1 & 2 terminals.o Retention of CUTE service extension for Penang International Airport, Kota Kinabalu International Airport & Kuching International Airport.o Self-service Kiosk project in MITSUI Outlet Park(MOP), KLIA o Passenger Flow Monitoring (PFM) and Self Service Bagdrop (SBD) project & maintenance support at KLIA T1 & T2 terminals.o SITA Smart path prove of Concept(POC) at KLIA.
