I am the author of the book titled "Young & Bold" which was written by interviewing 100 entrepreneurs from Singapore.It was through the interviews with business owners from various industries where I got my business education from, as well as the ability to communicate with anyone running their own startups, upwards to business owners who no longer have to work IN their businesses.I was valued for my ability to develop business models and systems for SMEs, and scale businesses. The greatest satisfaction came from creating jobs for people - honest and hardworking individuals who believed in their company's vision and in return all they ask for is to put food on the table for their loved ones. This impacted me greatly, which was when I decided to entered the world of private equity where my skill set can be appreciated further by serving businesses that provide excellent products and services to their customers, and as a result creating meaningful jobs for it's employees, ultimately maximizing shareholder value, lifting up the overall health of the ecosystem.I found my passion.
