Environmental Health and Safety ManagerWork on construction projects as subcontractor of Alstom Power in: - Thermal Power Plant AES Maritsa East 1 – net el. power 600MW, Galabovo – project for Euro 1, 293 billion; and - EVN CoGenerator – el. power 50 MW and thermal power 60MW, Plovdiv – project for BGN 100 million. Duties of the position on the construction projects:Conducting inductions, inspections and audits of effectiveness and implementation of the company HSE program for the project.Review of site work, layout and equipment and advising management on a broad range of HSE issues and providing technical support on regulatory requirements, work permitting, recordkeeping, reporting, and method statement. Developing and implementing programs and policies that ensure the overall safety and health of employees and that enable compliant business operations. Developing and maintenance of all HSE processes, documentation and systems related to the work on the project.Developing, implementation, and overseeing of action plan for elimination of hazards and minimize risks Instructions on site as per Environmental Health and Safety Regulation; Risk assessment and control. Conducting and developing of employee HSE training on site for upholding the applicable legal requirements as per the Environmental Health and Safety Regulation. Participation in investigation of all injuries, illnesses and environmental releases; ensuring of appropriate corrective actions and documents.

Pre-employment screening, polygraph testing and interviewing and analyzing of job candidates as well as company staff for solving current or potential problem within the client system. Polygraph exams as internal company investigations in employment issues. Recommendation to the client/employer, including candidates' or staff preferences, expectations, and motivation.
