Main duties and responsibilities :• Develope and manage an integrated management system based on ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001• Implement and certify management system ISO 14001, ISO 22001• Organize and coordinate training for all personnel related quality, safety, environment and other specific areas• Coordinate and manage all authorization system (environment, safety etc)• Manage quality control activity – laboratories and customer complaints; ensure interface with customers related the complaints• Organize and coordinate internal, external or second part audits• Control and manage corrective & preventive actions plan • Manage risk assessments process• Manage and ensure the interaction with the safety, civil protection, environment fire brigades, authorities• Manage all checks / audits from authorities side concerning: safety, environment, medical gases• Coordinate incident reporting system• Analyse and investigate incidents (causal tree)• Ensure support for all the other departments regarding Management System• Elaborate and update specific documentation regarding health & safety • Check legal requirement compliance regarding health & safety• Coordinate CES activity and projects from safety and environment point of view• Propose PPE for employees based on standards • Collaborate with the medical services to keep under control the employees’ health situation • Coordinate implementation of Linde standards• Interface with Cluster, and Regional functions
