Current● Leading and overseeing five engineering teams responsible for the development and maintenance of both the flagship fundraising application and the newly launched sponsorship app.● Playing a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of building our fundraising applications, focusing on enhancing user experience, scalability, and performance.● Collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals, ensuring that the engineering teams deliver features and improvements that meet user needs and market demands.● Mentoring and guiding engineers within the teams, fostering their professional growth by providing technical guidance, sharing best practices, and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions.
