I worked as an award-winning food and drink journalist before launching Beak Brewery in 2020. Beak has since been named by the British Guild of Beer Writers as "the most exciting new brewery to emerge in recent years", while our flagship IPA, Parade, was named as one of the World’s Greatest Beers by CAMRA.
