My primary responsibilities as President consist of vision casting, leading, fundraising, while simultaneously serving clients through counseling and conciliation services. I serve couples, families, businesses, and churches in conflict to help reconcile and restore broken relationships.

I co-led Live at Peace Ministries during the transition period between myself and the former Executive Director. I led weekly staff meetings, promoted new cultural practices, focused on fundraising, and continued to provide services for clients.

Met with counseling clients on a weekly basis and provided conciliation services to couples, families, and churches in conflict.

Created and developed curriculum for a counseling training event held in multiple states and at multiple churches. Developed resources, content, and seminars on topics ranging from church discipline, forgiveness, culture change, abuse in the church, and peacemaking.

Oversaw the preaching and teaching of a small evangelical church and provided pastoral leadership during a time of church transition.

Palatine

Oversaw a multi-site multi-ethnic church plant during a time of transition. Administrated and ran the kids programs, weekly service, and provided pastoral counseling.Operated within a ministry team that oversaw the overall approach to teaching, preaching, and the overall worship experience.

Trained and instructed trainers across the midwest how to train new employees in their restaurants. I was the only one in the Midwest doing this role at that time, but eventually I chose to pursue a seminary education instead, which led to me giving up this position.
