I led the strategic and tactical operations of a cutting-edge esports/ skill-based competition and blockchain company. As the company’s GC and Director of Intellectual Property Law, I focused on protecting and exploiting mission-critical intellectual property across international borders and domestically. I handled the full spectrum of corporate legal needs, seek business opportunities, negotiate contracts, manage employee relationships, and vet outside vendors and professional services. Additionally, I oversaw compliance, employment, endorsement and tournament negotiations, and blockchain matters. I led the way in identifying the legalities related to emerging technologies and creativity.
