My role within SITA UK can be summarised below: To identify, track and develop a portfolio of potential clients to ensure SITA UK are invited to bid for all strategically important business To develop professional tender responses and undertake client presentations and contract negotiations Undertake lead negotiation responsibility with the aid of the dedicated customer relations manager in the re-bidding of existing contracts Work alongside the customer relations manager to ensure the effective account development and customer engagement on won business Keep up to date with new legislation and market development. Ensuring SITA UK develop it position within the market based on the needs of the client Monitor and report monthly on all new sales, prospects, forecasts and conversion status Monitor and report monthly on market and competitor activity, and report back to various stake holders within SITA UK, so that we can continually innovate our market offer
