I hold a degree of Baccalaureus Procurationis (B.Proc.) and I am a director at DT Consult RSA.During my employment as an insolvency / business rescue practitioner, I have been extensively involved in re-organising the structures and business activities of clients of my work providers, as well as through formal court appointments i.e. as Judicial Manager or as Liquidator of trading concerns. During my 5 years of practice in England, I have dealt with insolvency related instructions on a daily basis and attended on average to circa 50 matters at a time. This included managing companies under administration or receivership and solvent liquidation work. As part of my annual appraisement I had to attend various business rescue (restructuring and recovery as it is known in the UK) in order to keep myself informed on any developments in this industry. I am a member of INSOL such organization having a membership which consists of more than forty Insolvency Organisations, specialized Legal Practitioner’s Societies and Business Rescue and Turnaround professionals. I am also a member of SARIPA and Turnaround Management Association. My interests are cricket, golf and I played tennis at a competitive level since primary school.
