I work in a group home for clients recovering from addiction to various substances. I regularly lead recovery groups, observe clients taking medications in a controlled environment, and perform daily inventory on our controlled (high risk) medications. In my free time, I improve their forms with my technical communication skills, train staff on procedures, and coordinate with other staff to cover staffing shortages.
