I'm a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys improving business performance and culture.Working together with Senior Executives and their leadership teams over the last 15 years I've developed a strong ability to identify strategic opportunities and lead transformations. I’m comfortable leading the entire suite of people initiatives across the value chain from product development to sales optimisation for both attacker and incumbent businesses.
