He has previous work experience with DAE-KYO and Right Management Korea where he executed a number of complex projects with clients from multinational companies, domestic conglomerates, and government organizations to achieve the strategic business goal of improved business effectiveness and organizational efficiency. He has a sound understanding and strong expertise in restructuring & Risk Management projects. It has been through these experiences that he has generated a strong track record in the delivery of Executive Coaching services, using his business skills, HR knowledge and personal experiences to help the growth and development of leaders.
