I am responsible for the delivery of the internal automation and robotics programme for RBS. The Robotics programme at RBS is a key enabler for the Bank’s strategic objective of becoming “number 1 for customer service, trust and advocacy” by 2020. The programme owns the relationship with the Franchise operations and manages the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of automation solutions from initial scoping and engagement, through the full project life cycle.
