CurrentInvolved in PeopleSoft Upgrades to 7.51, 8.01, 8.9, and 9.2 – this included analysis of PeopleSoft changes, client requirements gathering, design, and reapplying of customizations.Designed, created, coded, and maintained changes for - Benefits, interfaces, Merit and General Increases, Variable Compensation, Tax Updates, and Payroll Time System (PTS). PTS was a time reporting system, written in-house using SQL Server, stored procedures, VBScript, and Windows Scripting Host, that fed all of the company’s employees’ time into PeopleSoft.One of the Leaders on the Benefits and the Compensation Work Streams and worked on the Pension Work Stream in the Consolidation and Merger Upgrade Project – the project that combined ERP systems after the company acquisition.Designed, programmed and implemented a new way of managing and processing the company’s Annual Incentive Awards to replace the existing Authoria’s Performance Mangement and Compensation Software. The project involved creating new and customizing existing PeopleSoft pages, writing new Application Engine programs, writing and modifying various forms of PeopleCode, writing several Component Interfaces, and creating multiple XML Publisher Reports. This was all done to allow for the setup and maintenance of plans, the determination of eligibility and assignment of employees to plans, the calculation and management of the awards, and the roll-out of the awards to Self Service and Manager Summary.
