Is was leading the awesome digital facility team at the LEGO Group. We supported our global facility organisation with digital solutions to operate our buildings efficiently, and created extraordinary experiences for our colleagues, partners and guests, at our global sites.Was Senior Manager, and part of the leadership team, within the digital area, Corporate Services & Information.

I was Competency Lead / People Manager, and part of the leadership team, within the digital area, Corporate Services & Information. In our area we provided our LEGO colleagues with digital support for Service Management, Facility, CSR and intranet/portals.

I was a proud member of the awesome Cloud Based Service Management Team. We were digitalizing work and created extraordinary user experiences for our LEGO colleagues.

I delivered services, and impact, related to ServiceNow and Service Management. Process Consultancy - Design & Architecture - Facilitation and Project/Agile Management - Configuration and Implementation.I brought experience from Arla, Elopak, Energinet, Grundfos, LEGO, LINAK, MHI Vestas, Sydbank, TV2 etc.

Worked as technical architect and project lead on large ServiceNow projects in Denmark. It was my responsibility to understand and challenge the goals to achieve, and to design and conduct the implementation. In every choice of action, I ensured that project goals were met technically by the best possible method.My ability to do so was based on deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, IT infrastructure, cloud services, application interfaces and programming. Working with numerous large Danish organizations taught me how to manoeuvre in different ways of working and organizational cultures. I focused on keeping the ServiceNow platform well governed, so that upgradability was not jeopardized. By such approach the ability to utilize future out-of-box functionalities was not impacted.I had a personal preference for the more complex parts of ServiceNow. This includes the establishment of frameworks and APIs, applications, integrations, automation, flows and portals.Main focus was the implementation of ServiceNow at the LEGO Group and Nuvolo (A Facility Management solution) at Grundfos.

As Senior Consultant I took technical lead in the implementation of ITIL processes and customized solutions in ServiceNow. From small platform enhancements to large and complex implementation/integration projects. I used the power of an integrated platform to support the fullfillment of processes, and whenever possible automating the execution. I had the pleasure of working with companies like LEGO, Arla, Energinet, TV 2 & Elopak.

As a ITSM Solution Architect and Consultant I was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects for my assigned customers. I performed workshops with a variety of business areas, project breakdowns, release plans, solution architecture, internal SCRUM sprints with my assigned team, implementations, testing and delivery.I conducted projects within all ITIL processes, but felt the greatest commitment when dealing with complex and challenging technical projects, e.g. integrations, development-intense projects, cross-organizational projects and automation-focused projects.I introduced several development patterns, best-practices for scripting and SCRUM into the organization. I had the pleasure of working together with companies like Sydbank and MHI Vestas.

The main focus during my time at ServicePoint was on creating automated workflows to optimize process execution. E.g. a fully automated provision of a C5 tenant in a shared environment, including rights and access via RDS farm.I was also responsible for obtaining a ISAE 3402 certification for the company.
