My teams and I have developed many transformative data products, and I’m proud to share a few highlights that demonstrate the power of collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking:🔹 Operational KPI Model:We developed a model to identify the KPIs most strongly correlated with NOI (Net Operating Income). This served as the backbone of the KPI Program at RPM, driving performance visibility and strategic action. 🔹 Holistic Data Strategy:We architected and implemented an integrated data pipeline to track three key lifecycle stages for successful multifamily operations. This solution provided real-time insights into performance and operational efficiency across properties.🔹 Disposition Model:Understanding the likelihood of property disposition is crucial in multifamily property management. We built a machine learning model to predict short-term disposition propensity, enabling leaders to intervene proactively.🔹 Quarterly Bonus Program:We linked incentive compensation to KPI achievement by developing a product to track, approve, appeal, reject, and seamlessly pay out bonuses. Our efforts achieved a consistent 92-93% QoQ approval rate without appeal, exceeding the 90% target.🔹 Company-Wide BI Solution Deployment:Our Tableau Server environment normalized property data from three PMSs and delivered key reports, including the company-standard MMR, the CM Daily Guide (a prescriptive strategy report), renewal trackers, KPI reports, and unit rent growth metrics.
