As a fourth-year student of BSc (Hons) in Applied Sports and Exercise Science at Robert Gordon University, I am passionate about sport and exercise psychology and its applications in elite sport. I aim to pursue a career in performance psychology, where I can help athletes and teams optimize their mental and physical wellbeing and performance.Currently, I am working as an intern performance analyst for the Aberdeen FC academy teams and the women's first team, where I film and analyze matches using Hudl Sportscode and Microsoft Excel. I collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of coaches, analysts, and medical staff, and communicate effectively with them to provide vital feedback and insights. Through this experience, I have developed and demonstrated skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation, as well as time management, motivation, and attention to detail.
