As a Major Appliance Consultant I create relationships with clients and help them figure out their ideal vision for what they want their kitchen and laundry packages to be. I do this by listening to what they have looked at themselves, offering suggestions, and going through features and benefits of products. After the sale my responsibility continues with ensuring the clients satisfaction with the products, and assisting with any issues that may arise.

At Staples my duties as the Furniture Consultant consisted mainly of reaching the department sales targets. On top of that I also was responsible for ensuring proper presentation and merchandising standards. I was also tasked with ensuring associates in other departments stayed on task, and were assisting customers. I was also a member of the Health and Safety Board.

At Future Shop my role of Product Expert was very similar to my current job at Sears. I was responsible for assisting clients with their purchases, and maintaining a high level of service leading up to the sale, and continuing after their purchase.
