In my current position at American Airlines I lead three different Business Products service teams including AirPass, Business Extra, and Gift Cards. My main focus is to improve the customers experience by making customer service our number priority and improving processes to make the customer experience as seamless as possible. In my past at American Airlines I served as a Customer Care Manager where I managed a team of 26 in a remote office. My team in Reservations lead all reservation teams in Partner Transfers two years in a row. During my time at American I have worked on projects to create and onboard new programs, facilitated customer service trainings under the program called Elevate, and trained new to function classes. During my past as a banker I was involved in civic organizations including Clayton Chamber of Commerce where I serve as an Ambassador and the Mid Day Rotary Club. I was chosen as a mentor at BB&T because of a my performance to train new bankers and help them transition into a new role. In college I was heavily envoled as I served in many aspects including East Carolina Student Body Vice President, Interfraternity Council President, and the Pi Kappa Alpha President.
