I worked in a small team to establish a new template for the R&D SharePoint portal using SharePoint 2010 and performed a migration from the old site to the new. I also developed new sites, where I investigated client requirements through meetings and developed appropriate solutions. Additionally I provided training and advice on how to use the SharePoint 2010 tool.

I worked in the Visioning & Prototyping Centre at Colworth supporting the activities & technology that was available to Unilever R&D staff. The VPC’s goal was to explore innovative ways to use existing technologies to benefit existing or new products throughout Unilever’s Foods & Home/Personal Care business. My duties included maintaining the technology in the VPC (televisions, 3d printer, various sensor technologies, various mobile devices & industrial cameras etc) as well as setting up & running demonstrations of technology to Unilever staff. I also produced prototype wireframe designs for a mobile application & built a simple asset tracking system.
