As senior sector lead for agriculture at Sphera, a leading international provider of consulting, software and data for environmental, social and governance (ESG) management, I have fifteen years of professional experience in analysing and improving sustainability in the agricultural sector. I have developed several models based on the IPCC guidelines, the GHG Protocol and the relevant ISO standards to assess the environmental impact of different agricultural production systems and derive improvement actions. I work with companies, associations and public institutions in an international context, supporting them in developing and implementing sustainability strategies. I also support the European Commission as an expert for the Technical Advisory Board of the "Single Market for Green Products Initiative". I am passionate about finding sustainable solutions for the agricultural sector and contributing to the global efforts to mitigate climate change and protect natural resources.
