• Leading on the evaluation of the Community Services Recovery Fund (CSRF), a $400 million-dollar fund, by:- Collaborating with Government of Canada central agencies, contractors, and stakeholders from the charitable and non-profit sector. - Providing input on and updating an Evaluation Statement of Work and overseeing its implementation by an evaluation contractor. - Providing detailed feedback on contractor deliverables, including methodology reports, data collection instruments, workplans and final evaluation reports. • Co-leading the CSRF Data and Results strategy by:- Analyzing, synthesizing and visualizing program data with the use of Excel Pivot Tables, an interactive PowerBI Dashboard, and PowerPoint decks. - Comparing and contrasting CSRF data and results with similar ESDC programs, as well as consulting internal and external stakeholders and data experts to guide future policy decision-making. - Participating in two data working groups on Social Purpose Organizations as well as on accessing Statistics Canada Micro-Data.- Presenting on the CSRF data strategy and program results in English and French to working-level colleagues and senior management, as well as nearly 200 ESDC analysts and managers at an ESDC Data Community of Practice session.• Prepared materials, which included among others, a scenario note, PowerPoint deck, and briefing kit, for and presented a technical briefing for Members of the Federal Parliament on the CSRF.- Delivered an overview of the CSRF in French to over 30 Federal MPs and their staff. - Responded to questions from Federal MPs and their staff. • Produced concise, incisive and actionable reports and summaries of meetings and negotiations with central agencies, provincial governments, and external stakeholders for briefing purposes at the working and senior management level.
