After attending college in Minnesota I moved my family to North Dakota. I was employed by the Melroe Bobcat Co. of Gwinner. After working for 10 years at various production positions including fabrication, certified welding, and machining I was employed by Replenex. The Cohen family introduced me into the world of Intgrated supply in 1994. In 1996 we moved to Roseau Mn. Over the course of the next 10 years Replenex and I were able to grow a territory from zero to over 7 Million in sales based on the overiding concept of supplying a product along with information and innovation at a competitive price, meanwhile reducing the end users overall cost. All the while documenting all processes and cost savings initiatives.Specialties: Installation of a common industrial supply process in medium to large nationally recognized companies. These companies may have production facilities located in different regions, locales, and even different countries. Particularly enjoy VSM projects and implementation of process changes.
