I am Hao-Ping Ting, currently a second-year graduate student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. My advisor is Professor Hsiao-Chin Chen, and my research focuses on low-noise amplifiers using noise reduction techniques for WiFi 6E applications. I am expected to graduate in July 2024. I am someone who enjoys challenges, likes to engage in discussions and collaborations with others, and is passionate about problem-solving.My primary research areas are RF IC design for IoT, Small Cell, and WLAN. I have worked on circuits such as LNA, PA, Switch, and Front End Module. Throughout this process, I have read numerous books, journals, and research papers related to circuit design. I have learned various design methods and techniques for RF circuits. From circuit design, simulation, circuit layout, PCB design, to chip assembly and measurement after production, I have independently completed these tasks. As a result, I have acquired significant experience in the entire IC design process.The experiences I have gained at school have made me familiar with the entire IC design process, and I have a deep passion for this field. Occasionally, I encounter setbacks, but precisely because it's something I love, I persevere in problem-solving. I believe there is still much to learn and improve upon when I enter the workforce in the future. I will utilize my time after work to further enrich my knowledge. I have a fast learning pace and believe in my ability to absorb new information. Since work occupies a significant portion of life, I aim to find joy in my work, excel at it, and eventually become an expert in this professional field.
