Responsible for monitoring and implementing systems and processes for both local and national clients, to ensure that both the company and client are compliant with employment law and all requirements of both parties are integrated, functional and efficient. • Ongoing training of both new and experienced consultants and managers in the north, on all internal systems and recruitment legislation. • Monitoring cash flow in the business, troubleshooting, invoice queries and recruitment strategies. • Development and implementation of all support and management information tools.

Responsible for a team of three consultants and development of staff within the industrial sector of the business. • Maintenance of the current business levels of existing clients, also the ongoing development of the industrial sector of the business. • Supply weekly management information and forecast figures to senior management to indicate both current growth and potential targets throughout the year.

From none-active, I was required to develop the industrial sector of the business. Initially the sector consisted of three clients and five workers. Throughout this period of employment, up to being appointed as Sector Manager, I developed the business to a client base of 35 and over 250 staff working.

Duties included registration of staff, referencing and auditing of the files. This was a time when consultants began to leave due to the depreciating business, but due to my hard work and attention to detail during this period, I was asked if I wanted the opportunity to rebuild this sector of the business as a consultant, which I accepted to gain promotion.

Starting in Sheffield, I was hired to help with the volume of business in the industrial sector. Duties included sales, client visits, registrations, and day-to-day running of the sector. After I was fully trained I was transferred to the new Doncaster office to build the branch. I stayed in this position to the point of building the business to having 11 clients and 40 temps in the period of 4 months.
