Previously Head of Fitness and leading a team of 10 full-time staff in the areas of strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, nutrition and sports science.Other experience includes three periods working with the Dublin Senior Football Team, and lecturing in strength and conditioning at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Former Irish International 400m Sprinter.
