By working with various home health agencies such as ProLink Staffing, Cornerstone Healthcare, and not Therapy Advantage, I performed numerous cognitive, language, and bedside swallowing evaluations and assessments, coordinated patient care with other therapy disciplines, patients’ families, home health agencies, and MD offices, administered a variety of formal and informal evaluations as well as creating and administering nearly all therapeutic materials, and used various forms of electronic documentation methods to track patients’ progress toward goals. I have extensive experience with bedside swallowing assessments, dysphagia, voice, and cognitive and memory therapies. I am especially interested in voice, fluency, literacy skills development, accent reduction/modification, and aphasia therapy. I have full Ohio speech pathology board certification and full ASHA certification.
