• Segregated open sales order units into categories with respective action items, leading to a continuous reduction from an average 72K open units in Q3 of 2020 to 18K in Q4 of 2023.• Reestablished key processes at our Greensboro branch after a rapid change in leadership left the branch unorganized, leading to a removal of 10K units in excess inventory and a reduction of inventory variances from 46.6% to 1.1%.• Purchased weekly replenishment orders worth an average total of $150K total to restock our 5 warehouse branches • Analyze product sales and backorders at the SKU level in order to implement the Min-Max adjustments necessary for maintaining a 98.5% fill rate• Conduct monthly forecast adjustments for master products to ensure inventory levels can support changes in level of sales, upcoming seasonal trends, and accommodations for any isolated issues• Monitor the sales of newly launched products to maximize initial success and discontinuing products to minimize write off costs
