Responsible for selling and delivering innovative business solutions to State Revenue agencies using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system technology.

Developed a valued added network (VAN) called TaxConnect for the Federation of Tax Administrators (FTA). TaxConnect services were resold to State Government, Tax and Revenue agencies. The services included store and forward messaging, tax return processing, payment processing, remittance processing and reconciliation as well as custom applications. State.

Led a team of 9 SEs (programmers) maintaining and supporting various financial and accounting legacy systems for General Motors Corporation, Staff Accounting Services business unit. Developed a mainframe based Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) systems for GM.

Graduated from EDS System Engineering Development program - became skilled in mainframe programming (batch and online), leadership, and customer relationship management.
