My name is Daniel Tomczyk (TOM-check), originally from Seattle, I moved to Baltimore in 2019 in order to obtain my Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Percussion but quickly found my growing love for the real estate business become a reality in the midst of the Covid Pandemic. Just a year into college, while at home in Zoom classes, I obtained my Real Estate License in the State of Maryland and began my path with Berkshire Hathaway before moving to the #1 Keller Williams Team in the World, the Bob Lucido Team. Getting some of the finest training, and learning hands-on from some of the best agents in the country, I’m able to be honest and educate buyers and sellers, while also tenaciously protecting my clients' interests and provide the best service in the industry. Just over 2 years into the business and in my Senior year of College, I’ve managed over 12 transactions, and in that time, landed a $1.275M listing, and selling another in just 3 days. I did so well my first year I was voted Most Prominent New Agent in 2021. In short, I’m expected to be one of the top agents in Maryland, and in the country, in a very short time.
