My responsibilities include assisting clients through various legal processes, handling our web and social media presence, search engine optimization, general website & graphic design.

As a supervisor, I was responsible for keeping track of, and ensuring the efficiency of 10-25 employees on a daily basis, hiring and training of new employees, disciplinary actions, and record keeping. I, along with two other members of the management staff, ensured that deadlines were met. I ensured protocol was followed, and made sure both clients and employees were satisfied with all work being done. I compiled data for presentation to clientele, and acted as quality control as well.
