Good Day,From my early career in the Trades to my transition into Property Management, career paths are never linear. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and repairing broken mechanical systems. From traditional HVAC ductwork fabrication and installation, to custom stainless fabrication and kitchen equipment installation, the sheet metal industry is broad and I enjoyed every aspect I tried. A great referral yielded an opportunity to branch out into the refrigeration service industry, where my technical expertise grew. Dealing with large grocery store systems, complex laboratory systems, large plastics manufacturing, restaurant refrigeration equipment, large scale refrigerated storage, and various highrise building heating, cooling, and control systems. A great relationship with one of my customers showed my work ethic and willingness to succeed. When they offered me a new career path, I jumped at the opportunity and began my Property Management career. Since that point I have progressed in both responsibilities, skills, team size, and portfolio. At this point I am responsible for 50 direct reports and 1.2 million square feet of a variety of types of facilities for Edon Management.
