Preparation, Review, Analysis and Interpretation of Management Accounts and providing non-financial management with a comprehensive variance analysis including a review of current results to prior month and prior year data, and actuals versus budget. Ensuring that proper internal control procedures and checks are in place for each part of the business to maintain the integrity of the accounting records and to minimise risk of errors and omissions and misappropriation of company assets. (Safeguarding assets, internal controls implemented the processing and packing of orders to mitigate human error)Preparation of annual financial statements and reporting to the Board.Supervise month-end and year-end accounting procedure which include the following:>Preparation of PAYE and VAT reports as well as submission of EMP201 and VAT201 returns. >Management and facilitation of annual stock count process.>Cash-flow planning and management>SARS Tax objections and disputes>Drafting and submission of SARS requested supporting documents>managment of Debtors and creditors
