Principle Accountabilities:• To fulfil customers orders online• Stock control - making sure right amount of products were received• Packing customers orders• Allocating picks through SAP software and Microsoft excel• Picking products from DCM1 warehouse using RF gun for clients orders• Checking off stock that is delivered to DCM1• Using RF gun to put deliveries away• System picking on SAP software• PGI goods to be sent to Harrods direct• Assist other departments when required (e.g. Fashion)

Principle Accountabilities:• Unpacking goods returned from customers• Processing returns on SAP software• Communicating with Harrods Direct Customer Services• Check stock is correct on invoice• Check gift cards are correct with the delivery number• Pack items to the standards of Harrods • Individually wrapped.• Pack all high priorities in the time requested• Quality control - assessing if goods are fit for resale, check goods are not damaged

Principle Accountabilities:• Using the till to scan items for receipt for the manager• Help dispatch packages (writing it in and sending it off)• Assist clients (ensure merchandise are delivered safely)• Checking customer’s orders are free from errors• Picking products from the shop floor – this may involve numerous trips to the shop floor (e.g. wines, food, gift items)• Picking stock from stockrooms and warehouses.• System picking on SAP• Collecting any urgent deliveries from the shop floor• Using your RF gun to put stock away in the warehouse when returned from shop floor.

Principle Accountabilities:• General retail work (i.e. working behind the till, filling the shelves).• Taking care of stocks (i.e. handling and organizing).• Created spreadsheets for local magazines (tables showing incoming and outgoing payments).• Typing up letters (e.g. Applying for newspapers/magazines for their services).• Constructing financial statements
