Responsible for hiring Class A CDL Drivers for 3 large distribution centers. Managed advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process through to first day on the job. Made recommendations on process improvement and overall environment awareness.

Responsibilities included coaching and managing a team of recruiters, with the objective of making direct placement hires, and account management for healthcare, info tech, manufacturing, O&G, and engineering clients.

Lead recruitment strategy for the US AirLiquide (Airgas) Distribution. Developed recruitment strategy, aligned marketing and advertising partners/resources, sourced online databases, and utilized social media sites/ resources to meet the needs of the Class A CDL driver requirements. Met weekly to discuss recruiting activity with VP of Distribution, along with Regional Managers/ Directors, and provided detailed reports of all recruitment activity.

Managed the International Recruitment of Exploration & Production Engineers for Chevron North American E&P Business Unit. This requires supporting the following business units (Gulf of Mexico, MidContinent, Environmental Mgmt Co, and Chevron Eurasia Europe & Middle East).

Supported clients, BP, BMC Software, BHP Billiton, Natco (Cameron Engineer), Tyco. Provided recruitment and human resources consulting for engineering, sales, field/operations technicians, Info Tech, drilling/completions, supply chain, and other hard to fill skill sets.
