• Initiated product development for market entry (Enhanced Dietary Protein Supplement Powder Delivery System)• Designed product formulation containing bovine milk proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and botanicals inline with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and FDA guidelines• Developed a clinical research study design to examine exercise and nutritional supplementation for aging and sedentary lifestyles• Competitively sourced vendors to cut future expenses on procuring fish oils, dietary proteins, amino acids, flavors, encapsulates, sweetener systems, and botanicals• Established relationships with contract manufacturers on purchase order goals• Contributed to project management on finalizing a $1.2M P&L statement • Conceived of company brand and contributed to omni-channel marketing strategies aimed towards 55+ year old adults
