Hinkley Point C - Ancillary Buildings Phase 1:On this project I am working within the contractor Design Team from Stage 4 Design onwards. I have been assuming increasing responsibility as the project progresses and was appointed as Design Lead for the Project in March 2021.I facilitated the approval and hand over process of all design packages (foundations, drainage, steelframe, gantry cranes, roof, envelope, internal finishes and various other specialist items) including arigorous client review and acceptance process. Following design approval I have been leading the change management process for the design, ensuring all changes are approved and captured within the design deliverables.

University of Gloucestershire, Pittville Campus:Supported the site delivery team on the close out of Student Accommodation project achieving critical PC date to avoid LADs. Focussed on Demolition and Groundworks Packages.Castle Park View:Pre-construction team experience, reviewing Stage 3 design and target programme in order to prepare logistics plan, working closely with Project Director and Planner.

Burnham Court Extra Care Facility:Prepared and maintained all documentation for Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan. Managed on site delivery of following packages: tree works, demolition, groundworks, utilities connections, hollow core planks, floor screed, dry lining, M&E, external finishes, snagging. Duties included managing site logistics, site coordination, safety documentation (inductions, briefings, permits, crane lifting plan etc.), setting to work, reviewing RAMS and inspecting works against quality documentation.On this project I had a full overview of a traditional build construction project, giving me invaluable experience. Alongside the project I was on a Graduate Programme, which gives a wider appreciation of the industry and training in key areas, such as leadership and management.
