Lead Teladoc Health’s Corporate Strategy group, responsible for driving the development of Teladoc’s long term strategic vision and plan. Ensure alignment between our long range strategic plan, Annual Operating Plan, strategic investment roadmap, and channel level strategies and objectives. Also oversee corporate level market and competitive intelligence, as well as the development of bespoke, data driven market and company insights to inform executive decision making, and build thought leadership internally and externally. Led to 65% revenue CAGR. - Partnered closely with Corporate Development team to develop and execute on 5+ M&A transactions, with key role on diligence team developing fact base and pressure testing critical deal assumptions. - Supported IR team and CEO/CFO on communicating our story to the investor and analyst community, through IPO and 9 years as leading public digital health company.
