My responsibilities include:- Providing first, second, and third-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and in-person channels.- Managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) to configure, monitor, and secure corporate devices.- Utilizing Freshservice for ticket management, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of technical issues.- Troubleshooting and configuring network systems, including managing and optimizing our network infrastructure.-Assisting in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.-Supporting software updates, security configurations, and IT infrastructure improvements.-Conducting hardware and software inventory management, including asset tagging and tracking.This position has provided me with hands-on experience in mobile device management, network engineering, and IT support, while fostering collaboration with a dynamic and professional IT team in a fast-paced environment.
