Customer Service Representative
This was the first job I managed to get in Portugal as it was English speaking which allowedme to use my language skills to their maximum potential. My role was a customer servicerepresentative which I had to communicate with clients needing help via live chat, email, andphone calls. I developed skills to be complaint resolution which allowed me to demonstratemy critical thinking skills to try and solve the customer’s issue. The job also helped medevelop social skills and skills that will be useful in life as I learned to be more patient,understand the situations and what the customer might be going through, and put myself inmy shoes so I can give the customer the best support I can.
