Led the creation of Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) calibration tool and data analytics dashboard. As a result, awarded the 2020 PACCAR Inventors’ Gold Award for saving months of truck testing hours and improving calibration quality.

• Managed product design and analysis for Cylinder Deactivation (CDA) program, performing reliability data analysis, overseeing component development, and working with supplier(s) to achieve design release. CDA design was ultimately patented. • Co-authored SAE Paper (2012-01-1640): Switching Roller Finger Follower Meets Passenger Car Lifetime Durability Requirements, which describes the type of testing performed and methods used to measure success of the Variable Value Actuation (VVA) rocker arm durability. Presented paper at SAE Fuels and Lubrication conference in Malmo, Sweden, receiving the Excellence in Verbal Presentation award.• Invited to participate in North American Automotive Leadership Conference, an event recognizing and promoting leadership talent within Eaton.
