Oversee energy projects operated with Joint Venture partners in the PRCDeal with ad-hoc accounting and operational issues of the projects and report to supervisor and managementPerform month-end reporting and variance analysis of the projectsPlan and prepare financial year budgeting and monthly rolling forecastPrepare board meeting materials and liaise with Joint Venture partners Assist in performing analysis on potential business developmentLiaise with external auditors on annual audit

Handle both management and financial reporting functions of the CompanyMonitor the progress of annual budget and quarterly forecasts performed by sub-ordinatesCoordinate with business unit from different locations and monitor the budget and forecast processes to ensure proper and timely completionWork closely with the China and Taiwan finance teams on reporting and solving the accounting, financing and taxation issues Supervise month-end closing activities performed by sub-ordinates Co-operate with operation teams (General Manager, sales and marketing team, IT team etc) on daily ad-hoc issuesIn charge of the preparation of year-end statutory audit and tax filing Liaise with external auditors and ensure all the issues are resolved before deadlines

Handle both management and financial reporting functions of the GroupWork closely with different business units for all locations on reporting and solving the accounting, financing and taxation issues Perform month-end closing activities including review of financial analyses, business issues and commentary for consolidated management reportingPrepare consolidated financial statement and tax computation for annual statutory audit and tax filing at Group levelLiaise with external auditors and ensure all the issues are resolved before deadlines

Work closely with the finance teams of PRC companies/ Joint Venture businesses on their finance functions to tackle accounting, financing and taxation issuesMeetings with the managements of JV partners for a better understanding on the status of the PRC projects Carry out budgetary cost control for property development and car dealership projectsHandle the funding procedures for the PRC projectsImplement financial and operational controls over the projects Manage relationships with PRC partners and banks
