  I work with clients on weight loss, toning, and overall health. I work with runners to maintain balance and prevent injury from overuse. I also focus on those with medical issues. Some issues I have worked with include; Lumbar herniated disks, spondylolesthesis, scoliosis, back pain, postAcl surgery, runners knee, shin splints fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Shoulder impingement, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, and muscular kinetic chain imbalance issues. I use arthrokinematics and reciprocal innervation/inhibition as my foundation. I also use basic principles of physics in my practice, including; length tension relationship, and surface area for proprioception. I utilize all dimensions of movement to maintain balance.
