The new state of the art facility will provide 350 private bedrooms including a 20 bed ICU, impressive entrance lobby, admissions area, 24/7 emergency department. With podium levels 1 to 5 providing, new consulting/tenancy suites, medical imaging, pathology, 17 operating theatres including a hybrid suite, and supported by 2 cath labs and 4 procedure suites, 100 first and second recovery beds, CSSD, chapel, staff amenities and administrative and education facilities.Calvary Private Hospital, Tenancy Fitout Works Adelaide, SA $8MWithin the Calvary Private Hospital are 25 separate tenancy spaces, including 20 warm shell tenancies totalling approximately 6300m2. I lead the various documentation packages regarding the tenancy fitout works, liaising with the Project Manager to produce individualised packages to the client, tenants, and builder. These works required frequent communication between services contractors and the tenants to achieve successful personalised spaces.The New Royal Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide, SA $2.3BMy role involved preparing architectural documentation during the contract documentation phase, including managing and extracting FF&E data as required. I also served as the primary Document Controller for the architect (STHDI), liaising with the builder and services and leading a small team in the preparation of coordinated LOD500 documentation.

Signature Retail Store (Bank SA), Rundle Mall, Adelaide, SA $2.3m- Developed the design for a new signature retail store in South Australia’s premier shopping precinct alongside the principal architect.- Prepared plans and presentation drawings and realistic rendering images to communicate the proposed new building to prospective tenants and also for lodging a planning application with the City of Adelaide Council.Unley Park Baptist Church, Unley Park, SA $4.1m- Prepared staged presentation drawings to assist with communicating a proposed masterplan redevelopment to members of a church congregation.- Prepared drawings to assist a quantity surveyor in developing a cost plan and for purposes of lodging the redevelopment proposal with the City of Unley Council for Provisional Development Plan (Planning) Consent.

- Lead and supported the counsellors (approx. 24 males) and children (approx 240 boys) each week, over nine weeks of consecutive camps and one week of staff training, across 2 summers.- Showed initiative, patience, relational skills and quiet efficiency in many behind-the-scenes tasks involving camper and staff privacy and confidentiality.- Assisted Head Counsellors in planning counselor schedules, timetables.- Supervised children and youth, lead various sporting and group-focussed activities.- Senior Counsellor from June 2010 – Sept 2014- Responsible for the health, safety and well-being of up to eleven campers each week during a 9 week summer.

Semiahmoo Performing Arts Center & Mixed-Use Development, Vancouver- Explored design options and collaborated on a team of five for a scheme involving a performing arts theatre and a residential component.- Assisted in document preparation for the principal architect to present to the Advisory Design Panel and for city council meetings. Townline Feasibility Studies, Greater Vancouver- Prepared feasibility studies involving six different sites.- Analyzed and converted sketch drawings to presentation drawings and digital 3D models.- Communicated frequently with the client as the development data and design was altered to maximize site potential.- Produced 3D models and sun studies of each scheme for the Principal Architect to present at client and city meetings.
