SAF aims to raise professional standards and improve the knowledge of dealership staff involved in selling motor finance. SAF will help to boost the confidence of car buyers on motor finance by providing better information and advice in showrooms on which product is right for them. My duties included:• Co-ordinating and managing a UK wide car finance regulatory scheme• Took membership from 11,000 to 18,000 through events and recruitment presentations• Presenting and chairing meetings with the top names in the automotive industry• Multi-tasking; controlling all aspects of the scheme• Organised and hosted an event at Houses of Parliament in March 2013• Ensured over £300,000 of continued investment from members• Responsible for administrating over 18,000 automotive industry employees nationwide• Created and ran social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)• Fortnightly newsletters to an audience of 18,000 as well as occasional newspaper and magazine articles and press releases
