Working on site at Hinkley Point C in Somerset as part of the site construction team. Site Engineering Project Lead for the delivery of HL ASG tanks

During my time at Darchem my roles and responsibilities have changed, moving between business units due to project needs. During the first 18 months I worked within the special fabrications department working on a nuclear contract for Sellafield. I then moved to the Aerostructures business unit and worked as part of the NPI team for 7 years, mainly working on Rolls Royce contracts.

During my 9 years at Roman I managed a team of 5 production engineers to assist with design of new product and introduce into the production facility. Continuous improvement of production lines using techniques such as; 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Lean Manufacture etc. Responsible for all on site preventative and reactive maintenance including factory facilities.
