Providing technical software support for products within the Thomson Reuters Elite umbrella, This includes technical and non technical responsibility such as communicating with clients and answering software related queries over email telephone or in person. A large part of my Role is creating SQL and C# scripts to query/fix or extend functionality within the software, Querying SQL databases to troubleshoot data issues and also writing some SQL reports is also part of my daily duties. General server administration is part of my role due to the software we support being web and desktop based so a good understanding of Microsoft technologies is needed such as Active directory, Exchange ,IIS and general windows server maintenance.My Role as an Support Analyst has a wide range of responsibilities that i carry out on a day to day basis these include:- Software Troubleshooting from a UI perspective - More In-depth trouble Software shooting including c# and SQL script debugging - Writing SQL scripts for queering data and updating/inserting new data when needed to resolves issues or install new features.- Creating C# scripts using a property SDK and Visual studio.- Helping clients with technical and non technical queries.- Active Directory troubleshooting, especially troubleshooting Active directory to SQL issues.- Creating KB articles with technical guides and fixes.- Taking sole responsibility of any issues or query I take on and escalation out of the department if needed.- Creating add-in's for Products using C#/SQL- Writing Basic SQL/SSRS reports for clients.

My Main role at iSams was to log and resolve issues and customer queries for a market leading school MIS web based software solution.Responsibilities:- Front end troubleshooting of the web app to resolve basic to intermediate issues and customer queries using the phone and emails.- SQL database querying and maintenance, this also included importing data for new customers.- Customer and staff training, This included training via webex and in person.- Resolving issues with SSRS reports.- Escalating more complex issues to the relevant teams.

General IT support at a leading E-Voucher distribution firm, This Ranged from desktop support to server maintenance and troubleshooting.One of my main roles at Otero was to look after the SQL databases and insure all new data imports (mainly E-Vouchers) where successful and to monitor for any errors that the import services would generate.My role also included allot of field work helping the technicians with more complex issues at customer sites during installations or simply filling in when a technician was off.
