Product line, volumes, share, and P&L responsibility for North American business unit with approximately $400 M net revenue. Co-lead in successfully integrating New Holland Construction into New Holland Agriculture in 2013 and developing customer focused marketing organization targeting merging light construction equipment into product portfolio. Co-lead developing New Holland as official partner of NASCAR and launching specific marketing programs tied to NASCAR partners.

Coordinated Engineering activities with Purchasing, Manufacturing and Key Suppliers leading up to and during launch activities. Additionally served as North American representative to the platform representing all North American interests.

Global testing coordinator for new Utility and Specialty tractor development - developed and managed overall testing plan for new products on global level to ensure fitness for use and product reliability and durability. Developed testing requirements and procedures while coordinating communication between global Engineering offices. Responsible for developing new reliability test procedures and reporting methodologies. North American representative to the development process managing North American interests in the product definition and design process.
